Here are some of the most common reasons for a declined withdrawal:

Your account isn't verified:

Latest when you've accumulated €2,000 in withdrawals, you must verify your account by providing identification documents. Under point 1.6, you can see the documents needed and where to upload them.

The payment method you're trying to use is blocked:

Reach out to the payment method provider and confirm the status of your card or wallet. You can request a new withdrawal with any other methods available via the Cashier in the meantime.

Your card has expired:

Make sure your card isn't expired or won't expire this month. In the meantime, you can request a new withdrawal with any other methods available via the Cashier.

Incorrect information:

Double-check the details you've entered and try again.

Another transaction is being processed:

If you've recently made a withdrawal, wait until it's processed and then request a new one. We can only process one transaction at a time.

Not enough available funds:

When you request a withdrawal, you'll be able to see your available funds. You'll have four different statuses for your wallet:

Total balance

These will be all the funds, showing you bonus money and your real money balance together.

Bonus & Locked balance

If you're trying to withdraw from your bonus or locked balance, you can't since these need to be wagered before being withdrawn. But, once you've met the bonus requirements, the bonus funds are moved to your available funds, and you can make a withdrawal.

Available for withdrawal

This one indicated how much you could request for withdrawal. For example:

If your total balance is €20, but your available balance is €0.00, you have €20 in bonus money but no real money to withdraw. So first, you need to wager the bonus to turn it into real money.

A technical error

If our payment processor rejected your withdrawal because of an error, submit your request again. Usually, those errors are temporary and shouldn't affect future withdrawals.
